Notice is hereby given that the 83rd Annual General Body Meeting of the Madras Library Association will be held on 11th August 2024, Sunday,  11.30 a.m. 

 

Place: Anna Centenary Library, Kotturpuram, Chennai-85

 Agenda

 To consider and adopt the Secretary’s Annual Report and Audited Accounts for the period of 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.

• To Increase the MALA Chapters along the Tamilnadu and India.
• To discuss any other subject, with the permission of the Chair

Note:

 

1. All the Members are requested to reach the Venue 1hour before the function starts for registration.
2. Members shall have copies of the Annual Report and Audited Accounts on the day of the General Body Meeting.
3. Please sign the Attendance Register to record your presence.
4. All the Members are requested to be seated in their respective chairs till the end of the program.
5. The Volunteers are requested to reach the venue two hours before the function begins.
6. The award applicants are requested to collect their kit from the registration counter.
