Bapuji Central Library, SBV Deemed to be university, Pondicherry in collaboration with MALA, Chennai invites application for One Year Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Health Sciences Library Information Techenology. This PGCHSLIT Programme ia a cluster of two certificate courses in Library and Health Information Science with six months duration covering 48 weeks. The academic year is divided into two quarters each of six months duration (24 weeks) for running a certificate course.
The CBCS provides choice for the student to select from from the prescribed courses.
Courses being offered are:
a) Certificate in Fundamental of library, health Information and Information Processing (CLHIP) (July-December) (First Semester)
b) Certificate n Library Management, Health Information Storage and Retrieval and Library Automation. (CLMHILA).(January-June) ( Second Semester)
c) Eligibility: UG Degree in Science//BLIS from a recognized Degree with two year Academic work experience.
d) Examination Pattern: CBCS (Choice Based Credit System)
e) Admission the second course will depend upon upon the successful completion of the first certificate course.
f) The Content delivery involve a unique combination of assignments, self directed learning and model Examination.
g) The Classes will be conducted on Virtual Mode (Both online and offline mode) (week end classes),
h) Total No of Admission : Twelve Students only.
i) Total Tuition fee : Rs.20,000/-per yr. OR Rs.10,000 per semester
j) Admission starting From 1 st July to the end of Next year June only.
k) Last date For filled in application: 30th July, 2022
l) The filled in application along with the necessary credentials (Educational Proof) and a Demand Draft for Rs.500 as mentioned earlier in favour of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University payable at Pondicherry should be sent to the following address on or before 30/07/2022
